Rainbow Firework Cupcakes

I have to share this with you.... I LOVE my rainbow cupcakes!

Im totally in love with these cupcakes.

My daughter loves helping me to bake these!

I find the colour pastes give a wonderful vibrant colour and love to cut into them with my daughter to see how they turned out. 

My love of food colours stems from childhood after having an adventurous uncle who added a drop of colouring to make various coloured pancakes on Shrove Tuesday..........this has had a last effect!

Bonfire Night!

So, fortunately our family bonfire and firework party was arranged for tonight.....and the weather was on our side. It was a lovely crisp night with a bespoke firework display and great comforting warm food! An occasion like this is a perfect opportunity to try out my new cupcake ideas on my honest critics. In all honesty they went down a treat and look fab!

As it was a Cupcake Party the girls had their own opportunity to decorate the cakes and Im sure you will agree they are brilliant!

Halloween and Bonfire Night

Well, the Halloween festivities are over and we are now into bonfire night, however Im still over the moon about my Halloween Graveyard and Mad Monster Cupcakes.

Ive also just got a set of vibrant Rainbow cupcakes out of the oven...in preparation for the family Bonfire Night party tomorrow night. I have a fab idea for decorating them and can't wait to get cracking tomorrow.
